We will always focus on enabling independence rather than taking over tasks. Each personal care package will be individualised to mirror the needs and preferences of our service users, and their families, and to implement a service thus welfare enhancing. We will endeavor to match the needs of our service users, with the skills and experience of our staff. Our personal care package may include assistance with maintaining personal hygiene and housekeeping duties such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes and dishes, and running errands.
